How does booking work?
Choose a massage, a day and a time in the online calendar — only genuinely free slots are shown. Confirmation arrives by e-mail straight away.
Should I arrive early?
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your appointment so you can change and settle in without rushing. Tea and a quiet space are ready for you.
How can I pay?
As part of the booking on the website, by QR code or through the payment gateway.
How can I cancel a massage?
A massage can be cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours in advance (by phone, e-mail or through the website). Otherwise the full amount is charged as if the massage had taken place.
