Traditional Thai Massage

Traditional Thai massage combines targeted pressure on the muscles with passive stretching of the whole body. It helps release deep-seated tension, improve mobility and support the body’s natural recovery. It suits a stiff back, muscle overload, desk-bound work and long-term stress.

What the massage does for you

  • Release of tension in the back, neck and shoulders
  • Improved flexibility and range of motion
  • Support for circulation and recovery
  • Overall physical and mental release

General information

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your massage begins. On your first visit you will fill in a short questionnaire, after which your therapist will collect you and go through the course and intensity of the massage with you.

She will then show you to the massage room and give you privacy to get ready. The massage takes place on a table; you undress to your underwear (women usually without a bra) and a high-quality unscented oil is used. The intensity can be adjusted at any point to suit you.

After the massage there is time for a short rest, and you are welcome to use the shower. To finish, we will offer you a cup of tea of your choice to round off the treatment.
